- Kevin Calvey Review added: 2018.05.10★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Having booked a Mothers Day meal several weeks ago we arrived to find that "someone else had been given our table"... which was soon remedied as we were swiftly given a table that was squeezed in between the toilet door and the very busy serving galley!!!.. We asked for an alternative table, as there were several around us, only to be told that they weren't available...Needless to say we left and went to Basserie Blanc, where with a very short notice ,last minute booking they managed to accommodate us and enjoyed a great meal..I feel that having been to the Swan many times in the past,they are living on their past good name and need to significantly "up their game" and adopt a customer focused approach.
