I tried to contact them on the two phone numbers they provide only to hear the number doesn’t exist. So I emailed them and finally got a response 4 days later. They said they would exchange for the correct item and sent a established courier with the replacement. He collected our item and gave the new one, we opened it in front of him and it was wrong yet again. We told him to take it back and he said he couldn’t without booking it in over the phone with the company. So that’s what we tried doing only for the same problem phone numbers don’t work. We’ve emailed again with no response and it’s now been 2 weeks. We’ve paid a lot of money for an item we don’t want. It’s now heading for the small claims court after seeking professional advice. Please avoid this company at all costs.
