Went in today to complete a special delivery and it was my first time completing a special delivery so I wanted some information from the guy behind the counter. He simply told me “GOOGLE IT” and had the audacity to tell other customers that people should use google to find out information about the services that a post office offers when he is employed by the post office which would require him to know the services to a good standard? He told me he doesn’t know anything other than what’s behind the counter and told me to simply “GOOGLE IT”.
I found this highly insulting as for one, he should be competent in his job and know all the services that a post office should offer. Two, what if a customer does not know what google is or is unfamiliar with special delivery then what can you do then? Bad customer service, very bad customer service.

For someone very new to the area I don't appreciate being patronized for a small mistake in a delivery in which they have now kept away from me for 3 weeks without any update on resolving the problem.
