The order time was slightly longer than anticipated, but I was kept well informed and never felt fobbed off when I rang in.
Most importantly of all, the sofa's and footstool are of absolute quality. They feel incredibly well made and look fantastic and stand up against any other shop bought equivalents that I tested out during my research.
In short, I felt that I was taking a calculated gamble using an internet based company but can re-assure that based upon my experience it is not a gamble at all.
