- Ian McCartney Review added: 2018.08.22★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Both Beauty Bay and their courier are one of the same cloth. The two companies offer nothing when it comes to customer service. I have now been waiting 5 days for a next day delivery. Every day I have contacted the courier and Beauty Bay and I am no further forward. I asked Beauty Bay to send the parcel again and I would pay the extra for a guaranteed next day delivery by a decent courier and they can get their parcel back from the original courier. Beauty Bay if nothing else are consistent by not answering any queries you send them. Obviously they have my money but I do not have the goods and after reading other reviews about their reluctance to give refunds I don't want to lose both. My advice to anyone going to buy from Beauty Bay think again and use another company that offers a telephone number so you can talk to them and resolve any issues.
